Small jobs can often be priced from a few photos. For bigger work like a bathroom or a deck, Mitieli comes out, has a look and gives you a written quote. Quotes are free.

Is there a minimum job size?

No. A sticking door, a cracked tile or a dripping tap is worth a call. If you have a few small jobs, put them on one list and they get done in one visit.

Do you supply the materials?

Either way. Mitieli can supply tiles, timber and fittings and include them in the quote, or use ones you have already bought. He will check what you have before you buy more.

Do you work for landlords and real estate agents?

Yes. Repairs between tenants, maintenance lists and the jobs from a routine inspection report. Send the list and the access details.

Do I need to be home?

For the quote it helps. For the work, plenty of customers leave a key or a lockbox code. You get photos when the job is done.

How do I pay?
