Can you just replace the boards?
If the frame underneath is sound, yes. Mitieli checks it first, because new boards on a rotten frame go soft again quickly.
What about a fence shared with a neighbour?
In NSW the cost of a dividing fence is usually shared. Mitieli can give you a written quote to show your neighbour.
